No news, just a sore tooth

Yep, that about sums it up.

The root canal still isn't finished because of the infection. I went back this morning, and the dentist poked at it and drilled some more. Since he had already removed the nerve, he said I didn't need an anesthetic. It made sense to me at the time, until I felt this horrible, sharp pain. Apparently there was still some nerve tissue left. OUCH is an understatement. I have another appointment Thursday afternoon. I cringe thinking about it.

Five appointments to date: $30.

On the bright side, I'll be home for Christmas in 11 days, but who's counting anyway?

Isn't that sweet? Funny thing is, I remember seeing it written for the first time and instantly knowing what it meant. I didn't even have to ask.

!!! You're coming home for Christmas !!! You should totally swing by Galena some time since I'm home right now, too.

And BTW, my first semester was awesome. I had a great time and finals weren't that bad.

That is really funny and yet weird...

Hi Mike! I'll be in Galena at some point, but I'm not sure when. It'll depend on my family's schedule and when I can borrow a car. It'll be a quick trip, but I'll definitely let you know. Maybe anyone who wants to can come over for ice cream or meet up at Happy Joe's or something. I'm glad you had a great first semester and survived finals. I want to hear all about it!

Hi Jane! I think it's a little weird that I knew what it meant. Kinda like Twilight Zone music should have been playing in the background, but I also think it's sweet that he signs his emails and cards that way.

Hey, thanks, Cody! The tooth is feeling just fine these days. I hope you're still having fun and enjoying the beach!
