The levels are even higher just northwest of Seoul--1876ug/m3. Anything over 1000 is considered "hazardous" and people are told to "avoid all physical activity outdoors." High risk personnel are told to "remain indoors and keep physical activity low." I can feel my allergies acting up today, even though my windows are tightly sealed.To show you the difference between a non-yellow-dust-day and a yellow-dust-day, look at these photos taken from my apartment window.
